REGULATIONS OF THE MASS EVENT
Based on Article 6(3) of the Act of March 20, 2009 on the safety of mass events, hereinafter referred to as the "Act", these regulations for the mass event titled "Warsaw Music Festival 2026" organized at the stadium at 3 Łazienkowska Street in Warsaw are introduced.
Chapter I
Scope of applicability
§1
The regulations apply to the mass event titled "Warsaw Music Festival 2026", organized by TME Entertainment Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer) at the stadium at 3 Łazienkowska Street in Warsaw.
The mass event will take place from June 13 to June 20, 2026, from 15:30 to 02:30.
The regulations specify the rights and obligations of the Organizer, conditions of participation, and rules of conduct for participants in the mass event, including in particular provisions governing: a. b. c. d. e. the organization of the mass event, obligations of the participants, conditions of participation in the mass event,
rights of participants in the mass event, rules of liability of participants for behavior inconsistent with these regulations.
Chapter II
Organization of the mass event
§ 2
The Organizer of the event is responsible for the safety of the mass event at the location and during its duration.
The event is paid and accessible to those holding tickets.
Documents granting access to the mass event area cannot be resold.
Chapter III
Obligations of the participant in the mass event
§ 3
The participant of the event is obliged to:
a. not disturb public order,
b. comply with the provisions of these regulations and the regulations for the area, Regulations of the mass event titled "Warsaw Music Festival 2026", organized by TME Entertainment Sp. z o.o.
c. not jeopardize the safety of others present at the mass event,
d. follow the instructions issued by the order services and information services of the mass event Organizer, and in case of intervention by police officers or staff of other authorized services and authorities – follow their commands.
2. For safety reasons, participants must relocate to a designated area within the mass event or leave through the specified exit after the event has ended upon the request of the order service or information service.
Chapter IV
Conditions of participation in the mass event
§ 4
Entry to the mass event is prohibited for individuals:
a. against whom a decision has been issued prohibiting entry to the mass event or mandating them to refrain from being present at mass events,
b. refusing to comply with the actions specified in Article 20 of the Act on the safety of mass events,
c. visibly under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, psychotropic substances or other similarly acting substances,
d. behaving aggressively, provocatively or in any way threatening safety or public order,
e. minors not under the supervision of an adult.During the mass event – it is particularly prohibited:
a. to use clothing or items intended to cover the face or to hinder identification,
b. to express and display slogans with obscene, offensive, vulgar, racist content,
calling for divisions based on nationality, religion, social issues, worldview, etc.; as well as
encouraging other participants to express such sentiments, for example by chanting
songs or slogans,
c. throwing objects,
d. bringing, possessing, and consuming alcohol outside designated areas set by
the Organizer,
e. using narcotics or psychotropic substances,
f. being outside areas designated by the Organizer,
g. igniting and fueling fires and smoking outside designated areas,
h. possessing explosives, pyrotechnics and other substances with similar
effects,
i. attending to physiological needs outside toilets and littering the stadium area, as well as damaging
infrastructure,
j. unjustifiably occupying places in a manner that blocks exits and emergency gates,
k. using devices at the mass event in a manner inconsistent with their intended use,
l. using physical violence or making threats towards other participants of the mass event.It is prohibited to bring and possess on the mass event:
a. weapons, ammunition and other dangerous items that could be used as weapons,
b. explosives, pyrotechnics, and substances with similar effects as well as
any kind of fire-dangerous materials,
c. containers for liquids or products, including food products – in justified cases,
the Organizer may grant permission to bring items referred to in this paragraph,
d. narcotics, psychotropic substances, or other similarly acting substances,
e. helmets and umbrellas,
f. materials containing racist, offensive, political, xenophobic, or vulgar content,
g. containers for dispersing gas, corrosive or staining substances,
h. items that due to their shapes or sizes can pose a threat to other
participants,
i. horns and instruments powered by mechanical or electric means,
j. laser pointers,
k. promotional materials except those permitted with the written consent of the event Organizer/
owner/manager/user of the venue,
l. bringing animals, except for service dogs.The Organizer reserves the right to refuse permission to bring in cameras, photographic
devices, and other such devices recording sound or image, as well as devices
used to transmit images, sound, or event descriptions for commercial purposes via the internet.The Organizer reserves the right to refuse consent for the entry of an item if there is
reasonable suspicion that it may be used to commit an unlawful act as defined
by the Act or these regulations.Entry into areas not designated for the public is prohibited. This prohibition applies in
particular to: the stage, TV screen, structures and devices not intended for public use,
fences, stadium surrounding, lighting devices, camera platforms, trees, all kinds
of masts and entry to other places, devices, and rooms to which access is granted only to specialized services or representatives of the event Organizer.
7. Complicity and assistance in acts that are prohibited as per paragraphs 2-3 and paragraph 6 above will also be treated as a violation of these regulations.
8. Criminal provisions resulting from the Act on the Safety of Mass Events of March 20, 2009:
a. Anyone who fails to comply with an order issued by the Police, at the location and during the duration of the mass event, is subject to a fine of no less than 2000 PLN.
b. Anyone who fails to comply with an order issued based on the Act, the regulations of the facility (area) or the regulations of the mass event by the order or information services is subject to a fine of no less than 2000 PLN.
Chapter V
Rights of the participant in the mass event
§ 5
The participant of the mass event has the right:
a. to be on the mass event premises during its duration, i.e., from the moment the facility is made available by
the Organizer until the end of the mass event,
b. to participate in the mass event freely expressing their emotions, which is
limited only by the necessity to comply with generally applicable legal provisions and
the provisions specified by these regulations, as well as the necessity to respect the rights and dignity
of other participants in the mass event,
c. to information about the location of medical, informational, catering, and sanitary
points and facilities, as well as safety requirements specified by the Organizer or rescue
services,
d. to use facilities, including hygiene-sanitary premises, which are made available for general
use in a manner consistent with their intended purpose,
e. to receive medical assistance at the event,
f. to use the deposit point after prior notification to the order services or information
services of the Organizer.The participant of the event is also entitled to:
a. promptly report to the Organizer any information and potential claims regarding any damages
incurred by them during and on the premises of the mass event,
b. submit complaints and suggestions.
Chapter VI
Final provisions
§ 6
Entry to the mass event premises signifies simultaneous consent to the use of their image in connection with
the production, presentation, advertising, or use of the film, video, and audio recording of the mass event
and/or any element of the event presented in media broadcasts worldwide.Persons disturbing public order or behaving inconsistenly with the regulations of the mass event
may be removed from the premises of the mass event.In cases specified in the Act on the safety of mass events, the Organizer's services
are authorized to detain individuals who pose an immediate threat to the goods under protection and those
committing unlawful acts.Regardless of the provisions of these regulations, the Organizer's services may deny entry to a
mass event in cases defined in Article 22.1 of the Act on the safety of mass events.The Organizer reserves the right to:
a. change the date of the mass event and establish modifications in its course in justified cases,
e.g., in the event of a so-called "force majeure", etc., promptly after receiving information about the necessity of making such changes,
b. seek compensation for damages caused by the participant of the event,
c. inform participants of the mass event or other persons present on its premises that they may be
exposed to continuous exposure to noise that could cause hearing damage and that they
participate at their own risk, with particular danger for pregnant women,
d. document the course of the mass event for documentation purposes.
6. The regulations of the mass event are valid from June 13 to June 20, 2026, and are available at the entrances to the mass event area and on the official website of the organizer, where any possible changes may also be published.
